When I started "Dieting" and trying to lose some serious weight, I had this crazy idea in my head that I could eat whatever I wanted so long as I didn't go over a certain calorie limit for the day. I would eat things like pizza, cheeseburgers, french fries, ice cream...and I expected to still lose weight. It works for some people to lose weight while still eating those kinds of things, but my body was just not having it! I spent quite a few months trying to find what did work for me. I didn't have to eat less, I just had to eat right. Cause I wanted it bad enough. If you are stuck in a rut, try changing up your exercise. What are you eating? Step back and take a good look at what you are doing.

Rome wasn't built in a day.
You keep
going. YOU are not doing this just to look sexy :-) (SURE we all love
that perk) BUT this is for YOU to be healthy and see just how much you
are capable of so go get it! You have no reason to stop. It
truly is far easier to pass on the processed foods then to go to bed
every night upset with my poor nutrition choices for yet another day! Because it may suck not being able to eat your favorite foods as much as you used to, but it sucks even more to be in a body you know you aren't happy with.
Make healthy choices today, go out and conquer this day and then go to bed satisfied with yourself and what you have accomplished.
