Meet Sarah Wilson

  Hello to all! I'm Sarah and here is my introductory post. I'm 22 years old and I'm a Beachbody coach and I'm so glad I have found an outlet where I can help people get fit, learn about nutrition and be healthy.
  I have always been on the healthy side except for my early teen years of growing up in South Louisiana and eating fried seafood and other unhealthy unmentionables everyday.I went through a huge culture change when I moved to North Alabama and we started farming. Living off of the land was a great way to learn how to be healthy. Growing our own foods and selling fresh produce at the farmers market, and baking fresh whole bread.
  When I moved out on my own and met the love of my life who is now my husband, I joined a gym to get fit for my wedding. Then yes...then comes baby.

 I got pregnant with a little blessing and with her came 80lbs. I was 210 lbs!


   I just didn't feel like myself and I knew something had to be done. I started walking, then I signed up for my first 5k. The couch to 5k program helped me use and strengthen the muscle that were put away during pregnancy. I bought workout dvds and set up shop in my living room and while the baby napped I would workout and push myself til I lost over 60lbs! I'm in better shape now than I was before baby.

  I'm passionate about cooking, I love to try new recipes! I'm a huge beachbody/shakeology junkie! I have to have my shakeo! I'm going to continue to strive to be the healthiest I can be and hopefully inspire YOU to put on YOUR shoes and "press play!".
  Don't compare yourself to others...Just compare yourself to who you were yesterday, and be greater than that.
